17 Which leaveth his eggs in the earth, and maketh them [a]hot in the dust,

18 And forgetteth that the foot might scatter them, or that the wild beast might break them.

19 He showeth himself cruel unto his young ones, as they were not his, and is without fear, as if he travailed [b]in vain.
